Understanding Loopit's Pricing Structure

Last updated 16 days ago

Loopit's pricing model is designed to be transparent, flexible and clearly aligned with the value you receive. Whether you manage a rental fleet, run a subscription service, or explore new mobility models, costs scale with your business and you only pay for the features you need.

This guide explains the three pricing categories:

  1. Platform Fees (core system access)

  2. Optional Bundles (modular feature packs)

  3. Usage Fees (activity‑based charges)

1. Platform Fees

Platform fees grant access to the core capabilities of Loopit and consist of three components:

Monthly Platform Fee

The foundational cost of accessing Loopit. It funds ongoing product development, secure hosting and essential functionality.

Per Vehicle Fee

Loopit now operates as a comprehensive fleet management system. A per‑vehicle fee applies to every vehicle in a non‑archived state within your account, even if the vehicle is not currently listed or booked.

Fleet is calculated on any vehicle that has been in a non-archived state for any period in any given calendar month. Pause billing for any vehicle by deactivating the 'Booking Enabled' field.

Transaction Fee

A small percentage is applied to each recurring invoice generated through Loopit. The fee funds the automation and infrastructure behind the billing engine. Accounts without recurring billing enabled (for example, daily‑rental‑only operations) do not incur this fee.

2. Optional Bundles

Bundles give you granular control over total cost and ensure you never pay for features you do not use. Activate only the bundles that suit your business model and add or remove them at any time. Usage fees may apply where noted.

TruPass Bundle

Complete KYC and fraud‑prevention toolkit that automates:

  • Identity verification

  • Face matching

  • Credit assessment

Usage fees apply per individual KYC check performed.

On‑Road Bundle

Purpose-built for large, active fleets, the On-Road Bundle combines telematics, live connectivity and cost-recovery tools so you can monitor utilisation and keep every vehicle earning at scale.

  • Integration with a range of leading telematics partners

  • Real‑time vehicle tracking

  • Usage‑based mileage billing

  • Toll and fine integrations

  • Bulk charge uploads for efficient cost recovery

Hardware costs apply when devices are supplied by Loopit, including orders placed through Loopit. If you use your own compatible hardware, only the monthly connectivity and data services fee applies per active device.

Customer Success Bundles – Lite & Enterprise

Elevated levels of support beyond standard service:

  • Guided onboarding and configuration

  • Dedicated account manager

  • Priority issue resolution

  • Quarterly optimisation reviews

API Access Bundle

Access to Loopit's API suite enabling real‑time data sync and automation with your website, CRM or other systems. Webhooks and developer documentation are included.

Website Bundle

Launch a white‑labelled, Loopit‑powered website connected to your account:

  • Online bookings and customer onboarding

  • Contract management and payment capture

  • Built‑in admin tools for fleet and pricing updates

Usage fees apply for major design or functional change requests.

Advanced Security Bundle

Designed for organisations with strict compliance or access‑control requirements:

  • Single sign‑on (SSO)

  • Role‑based permissions and audit logging

  • IP whitelisting and session controls

  • Enhanced administrative reporting

3. Usage Fees

Certain services attract variable, activity‑based costs.

Service
When it is charged
Notes

KYC checks (TruPass)

Per identity, credit or face verification once the check is initiated

The fee reflects the charge from verification providers.

Telematics connectivity

Monthly, per issued device, regardless of whether this is installed or associated with a vehicle

Provides 4G data and telematics-platform access. BYO devices incur an API connectivity fee only.

Hardware (telematics)

One‑time per device

Applies only if Loopit supplies the hardware.

Why This Pricing Model Works

  • You are only paying for the tools your business actually uses.

  • Costs grow with your operations, not ahead of them.

  • New features can be introduced without inflating your base subscription.
