Head to the person's profile

Head to 'Billing'

Head to 'Billing' and 'Credit Notes'

Click on 'New Credit Note'

Select or create a reason.

Choose a billing item the credit note applies to. Is the billing item not in the list? Head to Billing items.

Select or create a reason.

Create the credit note

It is now ready in the 'Apply Credits' list.
