Creating a company

Companies in Loopit are used to represent organisations or commercial customers—ideal for fleet operators or businesses with multiple drivers.

How to create a company:

Navigate to the Companies tab in the main menu

Click New Company

Locate the blue button at the top right corner of your screen or click the '+' button

Create a new company

Enter the company details

• Company name

• Company number

• Email address

• Email invoices to

• Phone number

• Billing address

• Consent

• Accepted T&Cs

Press save!

After the company is created, you can:

• Link people to the company

• Assign the company to a subscription or booking upon creation

• Set billing preferences and payment terms

• Upload relevant documents (e.g. proof of business registration) in the Notes section
