Export Bookings

You can export booking data from the Bookings page and receive the export as a CSV file by email.

This can be useful when you need to review booking data outside Loopit, perform further analysis or share booking information with other teams.

Exporting Bookings

To export bookings:

1. Navigate to the Bookings page.

2. Apply any filters you want to use.

   The export will use the bookings matching the current filters.

   

3. Click on Export button.

4. Enter the email address where you want the export to be sent.

   

5. Click on Export button.

Loopit will prepare the booking export in the background.

You can continue using Loopit while the export is being generated.

Receiving the Export

Once the export is complete, Loopit will send an email to the address provided.

The booking data will be attached to the email as a CSV file.

You can download the CSV file and open it in applications such as Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets or other spreadsheet and reporting tools.

Filtering the Export

Filters applied on the Bookings page can be used to control which bookings are included in the export.

For example, you can filter bookings by:

• Location

• Promo code

• Discount code

• Reference

• Booking status

• Other available booking filters

Apply the required filters before selecting Export.

Important Things to Note

• Booking exports are generated in the background.

• The export is sent to the email address entered when the export is requested.

• The exported file is provided in CSV format.

• Filters should be applied before starting the export if you only need a specific set of bookings.

• Large exports may take longer to process and arrive by email.
